The foundation of the RedZone is based on getting a 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training, all combined for the most effective workout you will ever do! You will use a combination of exercise modalities, including your own body weight, which you will find is significantly less after a month in the RedZone!
EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption) Also known as oxygen debt, EPOC is the amount of oxygen required to restore your body to its normal, resting level of metabolic function (called homeostasis). It also explains how your body can continue to burn calories long after you've finished your workout.
