I found my passion of health and fitness through my high school and collegiate running career. My sophomore year of college, I suffered a career altering injury that was caused by an unbalanced lifestyle. My recovery process taught me about the importance of not overtraining and getting the proper nutrition. This sparked my interest in learning the best practices to achieve individual health and fitness goals and the methods behind proper recovery. With my passion and education, I aspire to lead others in accomplishing their personal goals as well.
