I have always had a passion for fitness, but I knew this was the field for me after I saw the mental and physical benefits that came from training hard and eating well. I used to struggle with my mental health which transferred to highly restricting my diet and training for hours...this eventually led to me passing out in the gym during one of my workouts. I no longer wanted to feel defeated, so I started weightlifting multiple days a week and eating nutrient dense foods (lots of it) and quickly saw improvements in my mental and physical well-being. I wanted to pursue personal training to bring the same mental and physical improvements in others that I discovered in myself!
