Instructors can use their creativity to make each class different, but must stay within the parameters of a flow class.  Centering, Sun Salutations, flows that include powerful standing, triangles and other rotations, balance, back bending, abdominals, inversion, hip openers, forward bending, savasana.  Using the basic flow sequencing (see Hour Flow/Hot Power Vinyasa) but the focus is on twisting and rotations.

Results:

  • Educate, revive and balance

Deep Stretch Yoga

55 Minutes

Restore / Deep Stretch is an active stretching class that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings and upper back. ... This class begins with warm-up movements to build heat and prepare the muscles for stretching. Most poses are done on the floor and held for 1-2 minutes.

Results:

  • Improves joint flexibility & range of motion
  • Enhances mental wellbeing

Warrior Flow

55 Minutes

This is not your typical yoga class. Warrior Flow believes in variety when it comes to movement.  This flow is an open-level flow, meaning it's accessible to anyone regardless of skill level. Some basic fitness experience is necessary.

  • Build strength, balance & flexibility
  • Increase cardio endurance
  • Restore the mind & body

Intensity:

Low to Moderate

Barre

Barre is a form of physical exercise, usually conducted in group classes in gyms or specialty studios. ... Barre classes focus on the lower body and core, developing strength and flexibility from the ankles up though the calves, knees, thighs, glutes and abdominals.

Results:

  • Tones & shapes
  • Improves mobility, balance, and strength

Intensity:

Moderate
