Cycle

50 Minutes

Intense cycling to upbeat music, awesome videos, with great, motivating instructors. Bring a towel and water – you WILL sweat!!

Moderate to High

Studio Cycle

45-60 Minutes

Fun & high energy indoor Cycling Class to music.  Instructors can use their creativity to make each ride different; vary the terrain, vary the intensity through intervals/sprints, hills, flat roads, etc.

Results:

  • Improves heart & lung fitness
  • Increases leg strength & endurance

Intensity:

Moderate to High

20-20-20

60 Minutes

After a 20-minute power ride, strength train for 20 minutes then wrap it up with the final 20 minutes consisting of core work.

Results:

  • Build lean muscle & train your body to burn fat
  • Faster cardio results than with steady state training
  • Burn calories for hours after your workout
