Rhiannon Reynolds

Personal Trainer

Park West

I came from a very athletic background and was always fascinated by human movement. This lead me into pursuing a bachelors degree in Athletic Training. I became certified as a personal trainer while attending college and began to combine my knowledge of sports medicine to my training sessions, and discovered I was able to help people to such a greater extent. I then decided to get a masters in Sports Science to completely understand both schools of thought. I have years of experience in the field of orthopedics and sports medicine, injury prevention and rehabilitation, and sports performance. My passion lies with focusing on quality movement and addressing musculoskeletal dysfunction for overall health and longevity. I am a also a competitive Olympic weightlifter and am currently getting my PhD in Health and Human Performance.
