Jimmy’s personal training career started as a personal obsession with fitness; which led him to getting certified with NASM and becoming a personal trainer. Jimmy specializes in resistance training, body recomposition and hypertrophy (muscle growth); and also has extensive knowledge pertaining to nutritional concepts, mobility, progressive overload and periodization. Jimmy designs custom training programs for each client based on their specific goals/needs, and tracks the progression of every session to make sure the client is hitting their goals. Jimmy has worked with a wide range of clients including athletes, body builder, power lifters and soccer moms.
