Throughout my childhood I was always involved in different sports. My favorite sport was basketball which I played from elementary school until high school. After I graduated I wanted to continue maintaining an active lifestyle so I turned to the gym. It soon became something I loved and looked forward to daily. After going on my own fitness journey and discovering a love for health and wellbeing I decided I wanted to help others do the same. I became a trainer to help others become more confident in themselves and to feel their best. Knowing that I am assisting others in reaching their goals is the most rewarding job I can have.
