We are so excited to open our doors back up to you! We have a lot of information regarding what the "new normal" here at Pivotal Fitness will look like (at least for the time being.) Times are different and there will be adjustments but be assured that we will continue to do everything we can to make your experience at Pivotal Fitness the best it can be!

We have gone beyond the guidelines to assure the top safety protocols & cleanliness in our facilities. Keep in mind, this is just a start. As we learn more, we will be updating and addressing those changes here on this page. Please stay tuned here for more!

Group Personal Training

GROUP FITNESS INFORMATION

We are thrilled to be bringing back some of our Group Fitness classes to our Pivotal routine. We will be beginning the re-opening process with a limited class schedule and size limit in order to best abide by safety guidelines outlined by state officials and with our members' health in mind. Below are the temporary protocols for Group Fitness classes. If you have any additional questions regarding classes, please contact any of the 7 Pivotal Fitness locations near you.

Class limit is 10 members

Members can reserve their place in the class at the front desk or over the phone. The app will be  disabled.

Members may not sign up for more than 2 classes at a time and those classes may not be consecutive.

Members must sign in at the front desk upon arrival.

10′ areas will be marked in group fitness studio and every other spin bike will be marked off to maintain social distancing

Each group fitness room will be fogged with disinfectant between classes

Participants will leave any equipment in their 10×10 pace to be disinfected after class

Members are required to bring their own mats, towels & yoga blocks

We will enter into this phase of re-opening by having 3-4 classes per day in the clubs. As we learn more, we will continue updating this site. Stay tuned!

We are committed to taking your health seriously and have taken a multi-faceted approach to sanitize the surfaces we touch and maintain safe physical distancing at all times.

DEEP CLEANING

We have taken cleanliness to the next level with new processes and chemicals. We have recently partnered with the chemical company Auto-Chlor and they will be providing us with all the products necessary to keep our facilities top notch. The chemicals, proven to kill viruses like COVID-19, will be available to staff and members in all common areas.

High-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, handles, rails, sanitation stations, lockers, bathrooms, benches, instructor equipment & more will be cleaned & disinfected every 2 hours throughout the day.

During the daily closures & in the evening, our team will use guideline approved foggers that disperse the chemicals onto every surface. The chemical will cling to all high touch surfaces and well as the hard to reach crevices to ensure that the facility has been thoroughly cleaned.

SPRAY & WIPE DOWN

Each location has been provided with Sanitation Stations throughout the gym. Members will be responsible for wiping down equipment before and after each use. In addition, for added safety precautions, all rig equipment will need to be checked out at the front desk and sanitized upon returning to ensure cleanliness.

MASKS & GLOVES

**Update: EFFECTIVE JULY 1**
A face mask is required when entering the building. Also, in accordance with recent mandates, a face mask will be required when with 6 feet of another member or person while inside the facility.

Its important to us to always be helpful and interactive, even if we are at a distance. Each Pivotal Fitness team member is required to wear a facemark at all times while inside the club. Gloves will also be worn by team members when cleaning the facility and then discarded. Each team member will be required to wash their hands after every walk through. Masks are recommended but not required for members.

SICK POLICY

Upon entry, every member and guest will have his/her temperature taken. If a member or guest has a temperature 100.4 or above, they will not be permitted to enter the facility for 10 days. Every Pivotal team members and instructor will also have their temperature taken and recorded upon entry every day. If necessary, our elevated temperature protocol will be followed.

If you feel sick, have a fever or someone in your household is sick, please do not come to the club. In the event that there is a reported case of COVID-19 in your club and you were potentially in contact with the individual, you'll be notified immediately. We will also take the proper safety precautions to disinfect the club from top to bottom.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Each club will have designated entry and exit points. Floor markers will indicate a safe distance in the lobby and signage will guide you throughout the club. Members are asked to keep six feet between themselves and next person.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

Every other piece of cardio equipment will be closed and alternated every 2 days to allow for proper distancing between members. This will also allow for our team to do a deep clean of the equipment on the days they are not in use. It is recommended to keep another piece of machine between you and other members while in other parts of the club to maintain social distance as well.

ACCESS TO AMENITIES

Lockers will be available for members to use; however, showers will be temporarily unavailable.

Water fountains, mats, yoga blocks and other porous shared equipment will also be unavailable. Please remember to bring your own water bottles and mats. *Water will be available for purchase at the front desk.

We highly suggest bringing on the necessities and leaving other personal items locked in your car.

We ask that all members comply to and respect these guidelines upon entering the clubs.

Keeping each other safe

We’ve put a lot of changes in place – with details beyond what you see here. They way our new safety process will be most effective is if we all make sure to do our part in it.

Aside from respecting the safety guidelines put in place by our local government, we ask that anyone who enters the club takes care of each other and respects the Pivotal team and fellow members’ space.

Face Masks

Please be aware of those around you and wear your face mask when entering the building and also if you are within 6 feet of another person while inside the facility.

Hand Washing

Hands should be washed with soap and water before and after your workout.

Social Distancing

Please make sure to practice social distancing when in close, shared spaces such as locker rooms and bathrooms.

Personal Health

If you have a cough, fever or symptoms of COVID-19, please do not come to the clubs until you’re symptom free and fever-free for three days. If you have tested positive for COVID-19, or have knowingly come in close contact with someone who has, we ask that you do not come to the club for 14 days or until you’ve tested negative for COVID-19. If you feel unwell of have any concerns about coming into the club, please stay home and stay safe.

Limit Contact

We’re encouraging members and team members to limit person-to-person contact, including hugs, high fives and fist bumps. We personally recommend air hugs.
