A combination of strength, cardio, plus core exercises broken down into timed intervals and repeated rounds! Bring your A game, this one is a guaranteed calorie scorcher!

Fusion of cardio (aerobics) and strength moves.  Diesel Conditioning has less choreography in order to make sure it is very follow-able for beginners.

Love Barre Fusion, Studio Strength, and your core workouts, but don’t have time to do them all? Get the best of all worlds in this one-hour toning and strength workout. Combine weighted exercises, core and body weight exercises from each discipline for a superior workout using a variety of strength tools such as the ball, BOSU, weights, tubing, gliding discs, and more.

Join the party! Zumba combines Latin, current and International music with easy to follow dance moves that anyone can enjoy! Burn some calories, have some fun, leave feeling exhilarated!

A strength class that targets muscle groups using bars, hand weights, stability balls and more.

HIIT. Or High Intensity Interval Training is a training technique in which you give all-out 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short sometimes active recovery periods HIIT gets and keeps your heart rate upend burns more fat in less time.

Dance fitness at it’s finest. Great moves, great music, great instructors. Come, dance to the beat, sweat, and have fun!

Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. It’s lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results. The “step” is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles.

60-minute class involving 30 minutes of Tabata and 30 minutes of the Core. The Tabata workout utilizes strength building and cardio in a HIIT style workout. Each workout consists of eight sets of 20 seconds of exercise at maximum effort each followed by a 10-second rest. The Core workout is 30 minutes of core strengthening – including abs, back, shoulders, hips. These classes utilize different fitness ‘tools’ to change things up.

WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance class based on the hottest pop and hip hop music. The workout is nonstop with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps, so you get the best sweat. WERQ Instructors build a playlist based on trendsetting pop and hip hop music.

50 minutes of cycling to upbeat music, awesome videos, with great, motivating instructors. Bring a towel and water – you WILL sweat!!

A 45-60 minute Indoor Cycling Class to music.  Instructors can use their creativity to make each ride different; vary the terrain, vary the intensity through intervals/sprints, hills, flat roads, etc.

 CYCLE STRENGTH CORE (Studio Cycle) 20/20/20
After a 20-minute power ride, strength train for 20 minutes then wrap it up with the final 20 minutes consisting of core work.

Instructors can use their creativity to make each class different, but must stay within the parameters of a flow class.  Centering, Sun Salutations, flows that include powerful standing, triangles and other rotations, balance, back bending, abdominals, inversion, hip openers, forward bending, savasana.  Using the basic flow sequencing (see Hour Flow/Hot Power Vinyasa) but the focus is on twisting and rotations.

Barre is a form of physical exercise, usually conducted in group classes in gyms or specialty studios. … Barre classes focus on the lower body and core, developing strength and flexibility from the ankles up though the calves, knees, thighs, glutes and abdominals.

This is not your typical yoga classWarrior Flow believes in variety when it comes to movement. … The mobility segment is followed by a yoga flow led by our founder Adrian Molina. This flow is an open-level flowmeaning it’s accessible to anyone regardless of skill level. Some basic fitness experience is necessary.

Restore / Deep Stretch is an active stretching class that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings and upper back. … This class begins with warm-up movements to build heat and prepare the muscles for stretching. Most poses are done on the floor and held for 1-2 minutes.

BODYPUMP is a fast-paced, barbell-based workout that’s specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. It uses a combination of motivating music, fantastic instructors and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets more quickly than you would working out on your own.

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs.

In a BODYSTEP workout you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout! Don’t worry, there’s heaps of options so that everyone leaves feeling successful.

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.

During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.
